Cinnamon Tahini Stuffed Dates

· 9-12 dates

· 6 Tbs tahini or peanut butter (refrigerated)

· buckwheat groats or granola

· cinnamon

· sea salt


Cut a slit in dates lengthwise about 3/4th of the way down.

Spoon butter into date and top with buckwheat, granola, cinnamon and a little sea salt. This is a great snack or dessert to have on hand. I usually eat 3-4 at a time. Store at room temp for 12-15 days or keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
